   Main contents: This equipment is used for non-ferrous metal (Ti, Zr, Ta, Nb, Hf, etc.), black metal slab of secondary fire rolling plate heating, heat treatment of finished plate. The equipment consists of 1 set of heating furnace, 2 sets of furnace door, 1 set of furnace front roller, 1 set of plate rotating mechanism, 1 set of feeding roller, 1 set of auxiliary equipment, temperature control and  processing is realized by PLC monitored by HMI. 

   Economic index: power consumption.

   Project advantage: It is domestically the first roller hearth furnace for little slabs treatment.The normal operating temperature is 1200℃, durable, and the furnace rolls are not cooled by water.
